🔹 STEP 1: SELF-AWARENESS – Name the Cage

Why it matters: You can’t heal what you’re still denying. Most high-functioning women can list their accomplishments but not their wounds. They’re taught to normalize dysfunction, minimize pain, and downplay trauma.

In this phase, we strip away the lies. You’ll uncover the silent beliefs, survival habits, and emotional contracts that have kept you stuck. You’ll stop pretending and start telling the truth.

Why it matters: Every woman in survival mode had to become someone to stay safe. The fixer. The strong friend. The hustler. The invisible one.

But that version of you? She was created in chaos. And she’s not the one who will lead you into peace.

In this step, we honor her and then lay her to rest.

This step is about burning down the blueprint that was handed to you, and building one that’s rooted in your actual values.

✔ “I don’t want to scale. I want to slow down.

✔ “I’m allowed to choose softness.”

✔ “Success looks like peace in my body, not numbers on a spreadsheet.”

🔹 STEP 5: EMBODYING THE FUTURE SELF – Be Her Now

Why it matters: Most women keep healing as a future destination. “I’ll rest when…” “I’ll feel better once…” “I’ll finally live when I’m done fixing everything else…”

But healing isn’t a reward. It’s a decision. A daily one.

In this step, you practice living as the woman you’re becoming, now. The way she speaks, moves, sets boundaries, receives love. You stop waiting to be her. You start being her.

Common breakthroughs:

✔ “I said no without apologizing for the first time ever.”

✔ “I caught myself before self-sabotaging and chose differently.”

✔ “This version of me is who I was always meant to be.”
